Program terms
The rules, in plain English
The short version of how the program works. Our Terms of Service apply to every affiliate.
- 01EligibilityEvery SineBoot client account includes an affiliate account and referral code. Your own purchases never earn commission.
- 02What you earn10% of the subtotal (before tax) of each paid invoice from customers you referred, for as long as they remain customers and your affiliate account is active.
- 03Referral windowA click on your link is remembered for 30 days. The referral is attributed when the visitor creates a SineBoot account in that time; if they click several affiliates’ links, the most recent one counts.
- 04One affiliate per customerOnce a customer is attributed to an affiliate, that link is permanent and can’t be moved to another affiliate.
- 05ApprovalNew commissions are marked pending and reviewed by our team. Approved commissions become your available balance.
- 06RefundsIf an invoice is fully refunded, the commission on it is reversed. Partial refunds leave the commission in place.
- 07PayoutsRequest a payout once your available balance is at least ₹500. One request can be open at a time; it’s credited to your SineBoot wallet when processed.
- 08Promote responsiblyPromotion must follow our Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam policies — no unsolicited bulk email and no misleading claims about our services.
- 09SuspensionWe may suspend an affiliate account for abuse or fraud. Suspended accounts stop tracking new referrals and can’t request payouts.
- 10ChangesWe may update the program, and our Terms of Service apply to every affiliate.
