1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. They let a site remember your session and preferences across page loads. Similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) are treated the same way under this policy.
2. Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — authentication & session: set when you sign in to keep you logged in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. These are
httpOnlyand cannot be read by JavaScript. - Strictly necessary — security & fraud: short-lived values used for rate-limiting and admin-session integrity.
- Functional — pending order / cart: remembers items you are configuring before checkout so your selection survives a refresh.
- Payment gateways: when you pay, our gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm) may set their own cookies on their checkout to operate and to prevent fraud. Those are governed by each gateway's own cookie/privacy policy.
3. What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile you across other websites. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and present a consent choice where required.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing a purchase, since they are required for those features to work.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as our Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data more generally.
