Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data SineBoot collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to provide and bill the Services.

Last updated:

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, and password (stored only as a salted hash).
  • Billing data: billing name, address, GSTIN, invoices, and payment records. We do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by our gateways.
  • Service data: server configuration, IP addresses, and activity logs needed to operate your Services.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/user-agent, and session information for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use data

We use your data to provide and provision Services, process payments and issue tax invoices, send transactional notifications (provisioning, renewals, suspensions), provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to deliver the Services — payment gateways, infrastructure/registrar providers, and email delivery — under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Security

Provider and gateway credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are hashed. Access is restricted and audit-logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard controls.

5. Retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of data we are not legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
