Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SineBoot’s websites, control panel, and hosting, domain, and billing services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated:
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authority to bind the organisation you represent.
2. Services & provisioning
Services are provisioned after payment is confirmed. Some products require you to complete a setup step (for example, choosing an operating system and root password, or setting domain nameservers) before provisioning begins. Resource specifications are described on the product page at the time of order.
3. Billing & renewals
- Fees are charged in advance for the billing cycle you select and are stated on your invoice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is disabled or the service is cancelled.
- Applicable taxes (including GST) are added per our billing policies and shown on each invoice.
- Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and, after a grace period, termination — see the SLA and our dunning process.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate Services that violate the AUP or applicable law.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the security, configuration, content, and backups of your servers and data. We provide infrastructure; you control what runs on it. Keep your operating system and applications patched.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, AUP violations, security incidents, or legal requirements. You may cancel a service at any time from your control panel, effective immediately or at the end of the current term.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected Service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data you did not back up.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via email or the client area. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
